I know this should be wordless, but I felt the need to explain as the kitty pic and video just don’t do justice to show quite how squished this strange cat is.
Rascal is stuck in a strange place again. He has crammed himself between a large lunchbox and the knife holder, and squeezed behind the teapot on the kitchen counter. Perhaps it’s because the teapot is still warm? Was there nowhere, but the counter that would do for a nap at this particular time?
We’ll never know for sure.
His eyes are open because he is extremely annoyed that I’m bothering him. They had been closed when I found him here, before I pulled out the camera.
He doesn’t move, not even his eyes! He appears to be dead! It’s quite creepy and I keep filming (aka, harassing him) until I see him move. Apparently, this is much more comfortable than it looks.
He is very much alive! He finally does move in the end. Oh, and that’s me (the human) that meowed. Yes, I meow at my cats.

Sometimes we cats fit better in a box than our peeps realize.

Yes, I'm constantly being proven wrong
Adorable. I just joined the Bloglovin Blog Hop & am now following you.
Thank you for stopping by our blog! I'm not sure how you stumbled across us, since I've hardly been blogging for the boys for the past year+. LOL.
I love your "about" page. I'm not sure any of us ends up with the cat(s) we were expecting, they seem to choose *us*. 🙂
Rascal's a pretty big boy to be squeezed in like that. Beats me how that could be comfy, but he's a Cat, no further explanation required!

I think I saw your comment on another blog & had to check out the Fuzzy Tales! Love the name. 😉 Glad you came over for a visit! Yes, the boys chose us and so glad they did! Never dull around here
Good ole Rascal. What would you have to blog about without their antics 🙂 Thanks for all your support.

All four of our girls do the cram in weird positions..must be because they are so flexible 🙂 and theycan!! Fozziemum x
Oh cats are so funny. Ours cram themselves into equally strange places.
So cute!
Cats find the silliest spots for a nap, and there's no sense trying to figure out why they end up where they do, because I am not even sure THEY know! mol.
Well, if that's where your handsome boy finds comfort and rest…
Rascal SO doesn't even want to look at you and the camera! MOL!
He was very irritated with me for disturbing his "comfort"
How cute! Amazing the positions kitties can get themselves into and still be comfy!
Silly kitty. My dog also lays in the most uncomfortable-looking positions just to be warm.
My WW entry is #95. Come by and vote for us?
Voted! And wow, on the new?! you're famous!
Brofur Apollo loves those tight spots! Me-Ommmmmm
wait.. there's a cat in that photo? (you guys! You're running his kitty game. He doesn't want you to see him! ) I don't see a cat ANYWHERE!! – Crepes.
So that was it! He was trying to be invisible!
Tea for my lady?
LOL, that definitely is an expression of displeasure at the pawpurrazzi being around 🙂
If the blogs we follow are any indication, all kitties love to squeeze into tight spots and look as uncomfortable as possible. Now, most of us would have shoved a few of those things off the counter in order to make more room for ourselves. But, we can pretty much guarantee you that the warm teapot was the draw. Happy Thanksgiving to all. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
Sometimes the most interesting spots are the most comfortable.
Interesting spot to be comfortable. Happy BlogPaws WW. Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
Our dog Slimdoggy Jack does that curl up next to the food bin…
Rascal, mew don't look furry comfortable!!! Are mew sure? 😉
Sometimes the woman wonders how we manage to be comfortable in the silly positions we get in.
Amelia is also quite fond of the "stuck or comfortable" game as well as the "live cat or zombie cat" game. It's always about the warmth!
That indeed is a strange place to find comfort – alas, cats are quite crafty at finding warm spots around the house – WOOF!
