Sleep doesn’t always come easily. If you’re having a trouble sleeping or just can’t seem to get comfortable, follow these tips to finding a fully comfortable position in order to sleep better and wake up well rested.
Positions for better sleep
1. Find someone to cuddle. If no one will cuddle you, lay on their face.
2. Smashing your face into their body works, too because it’s nice and warm.
3. Stretch out and relax.
4. Don’t be shy with this. Lie on your back and stretch your arms as far as you can to fully relax your entire body.
If you follow these simple sleeping tips, you’re sure to get a better night’s sleep. No more tossing and turning and waking up exhausted. For complete relaxation, all you truly need is a warm, fuzzy kitty to cuddle. This has been scientifically proven time and again. Gentle purrs will lull you to sleep even faster. If you are looking to sleep better and more comfortably and stay asleep longer, get a cat or be a cat.
