We are getting settled in since our move earlier this fall. Not completely there yet, that will take some time, but we’re pretty much unpacked. We’ve gotten some much needed furniture put together and it’s beginning to feel like a home! Max absolutely loves it!
My mom came to stay over for the weekend and she noticed how relaxed, well, and happy Max seems. Now that he has room to run inside and out, dirt to dig in, bugs and lizards to chase, and trees, oh so many trees, to mark, he’s in dog heaven! He does seem much more relaxed and he looks very healthy. And playful, too.
Very playful!
Every day after breakfast and early afternoon he wants someone to play with him.
He’ll bring me all his toys if I’m the only one home. Or, he’ll go from person to person with his toys, especially the kids, until he gets his way. If no one is available to play, he always chooses his favorite ducky dog toy. He’ll toss it in the air or across the room, then pounce on it and shake it! I’m surprised it’s survived the past few years! He’s torn plenty of toys up and we’ve had to make sure the squeaker is safely removed before he swallows it, but this gentle duck must be tougher than it looks.

We picked up a three month supply of Wellness® Core® dog food at PetSmart last month.
Max and I are both hooked on Wellness CORE grain free dog food.
With Wellness pet food you can see the signs of a healthy pet for yourself!
Max loves the taste.
The dry food is softer than a lot of other dog foods we’ve tried, so it’s easy for him to chew.
The wet food comes in many flavors of high quality proteins. He likes them all! One can lasts him about days as I just give him 1/4 a can each morning. He can’t wait for breakfast in the morning now and is overjoyed with his meal!
I am happy to support a company that truly cares about pet health.
And creates a food that really is healthy for my dog. Wellness CORE natural dog food is nutrient-dense with antioxidants and probiotics, necessary for dogs’ health, along with fish and flax omega blend for a healthy skin and coat.
“The Wellness Difference is about being more than natural. And it’s not about what is left out—no fillers, or artificial ingredients—these are a given for us. True Wellness is about what we put in—a small number of simple, pure, authentic ingredients. We believe this is the way to make superior food for our animals.” Wellness Pet Food
