Easy Free New Years Resolution Helps Animal Shelters #MondayMatters

January 2, 2017 by L. E. Mastilock

Welcome to Monday Matters where I spread awareness to help important causes and where you
can start your week off right by making a difference each Monday, even
if that is just to pin, tweet, or share to pass this information on.

It’s a New Year!

Have you made any resolutions?

I don’t usually make any for the beginning of the year, since I never stick to them and just end up feeling let down. But, If you’re going to make any changes this year, a very simple one, that doesn’t require more than a click of the mouse, is:

Commit to clicking on the Human Society button each day

Or anytime you’re online. It’s such a simple and free thing to do to and each click gets food to animal shelters.

I’ve blogged about the Animal Rescue Site before:

“…click daily to supply food to animal shelters (there’s the
badge, right there in my upper left hand corner). The name of the site
is the Animal Rescue Site and it’s part of the Greater Good.

Last year, visitor clicks funded the value of 68 million bowls of food for animals sheltering in sanctuaries. Purchases at The Animal Rescue Site store funded the value of an additional 11.9 million bowls of food.”

Mark your calendar, post it on your fridge, stick a note on your monitor, whatever you need to remind yourself to click to give daily.

Do you have any New Years resolutions? What are they? Please tell me in a comment
