How does a cat keep fit and healthy?
It’s not easy. Exercise such as running, pouncing, and wrestling are necessary. When not engaged in such manly, sweat inducing (if he were human) activities, Rascal likes to relax and do a little Yoga.
Now, cat Yoga is not nearly as easy as it looks, cats just have a natural way of making it look like it’s no big deal. It requires years of stretching and toning those kitty cat muscles. When you see your cat stretched out on the couch and think, what a lazy kitty, think again. He is responsibly caring for his health. So long as he balances it out with some cardio activity.
Another very important thing for optimal cat health is, of course, nutrition. My family has been striving to eat an all natural diet and have been feeling so much better. It was perfect timing to get this awesome care package to try Only Natural Pet® cat food so our pets could benefit from natural cat food as well.

Those must be for me! |
The first thing we fell in love with, besides this cool tote…
…is their story.
Only Natural pet founder, Marty, rescued Crinkles in 2002. With no end to health problems, and conventional methods only making matters worse, he thought- “if I’m thriving on a natural life, why wouldn’t Crinkles?” The difference was night and day. And so to share the health, Only Natural Pet was founded in 2004.- Only Natural Pet, Our Story
I love a company that is compassionate and truly cares about pet health.

I just stumbled upon your blog and wanted to say that I have really enjoyed reading your blog posts. Any way I'll be subscribing to your feed and I hope you post again soon.A fantastic presentation. Very open and informative. You have beautifully presented your thought in this blog post. Health and Tips
Our Belle is very proficient in kitty yoga, she loves to practice on our deck under the chairs where she can catch some rays too!
It's very good for cats to practice yoga. My kitties invent new positions all the time.

I've heard so many good things about this cat food. If my babies did not eat a prescription diet, I would totally check this stuff out and highly consider feeding it to my kitties. I love that it comes in two flavors and is made in the USA, too.
If only they wouldn't do their yoga in front of company! LOL! I'm interested in trying that canned food. I'll check out the links.
Good yoga moves Rascal… Charlie needs to lose a little weight before he'll be able to touch his toes. MOL.
I agree that feeding animals their natural inclination towards food is much better. Due to Tukker's many allergies, he eats a special prescription diet and its helped. I'm going to see if PowerFood caters to dogs too. We don't have any kitties, but they're oh so cute.
My cat has so much trouble with allergies. This looks like a good food to try with her. I'm going to check it out!
We loved the PowerFood!
This looks like really yummy kitty food! It is so important for cats to have a good diet. Exercise doesn't always come easily for indoor kitties.
Yoga is very important. It's so important I (Lola) make sure Mommy has to do yoga poses at night because I take over the bed.
Love,
Lola and Lexy
I've had a hard time keeping my cats fit, especially my disabled cat. So we make sure we spend time playing with them daily for exercise!
@DogMomDays
There is much practice of yoga here too – feline and caprine. It's a very important way to keep limber. The Farm cats loved their Only Natural Pet kibbles.
All cats seem yoga masters. Some dogs do quite well too 🙂 As far as I understand things, WET food is more ideal for cats.
We might have to give this kibble a try, we are always looking for a great kitty food for our wide range age of 4-15!
Yum! Those daily vitamin bites look great
Sounds like a great food.
I loved the kibble, haven’t tried the canned food and wouldn’t eat the treats. We would buy the kibble.
Great advice ! Of course, feline yoga is a great part of our wellbeing schedule ! Purrs
Oh yes, feline yoga is extremely impawtant to our wellbeing. But, we understand why hoomins are jealous of our abilities, even if they look oh so easy!
